Wendy holds a BS of Interior Design from Texas Christian University and is NCIDQ accredited. Following graduation, she moved to Dallas where she worked for a large architecture and interior design firm specializing in commercial design.

After a move to Colorado in 2002, she focused on the construction side of the business while managing multimillion dollar interiors projects for Turner Construction as both a Project Engineer and Project Manager in Denver.

Since 2011 she has lived in Salida, CO with her family. Wendy provides an exceptional experience for homeowners, using her own experience in design and construction, to give customers a well rounded view of their interior window covering choices, often thinking outside the box to meet both aesthetic and budgetary goals.

Derrick is a life-long builder of things. Since 2000 he's been a home builder, some with local GC's including Habitat for Humanity in Buena Vista and his own General Contracting firm here in Chaffee County. Derrick holds a BS in Business Management and focuses his energy on the Exterior Shades and Awnings side of this business.

Since 2011 he has lived in Salida, CO with his family. Derrick provides a unique experience for clients, asking lots of questions to ensure all goals are discussed and an appropriate solution is presented to meet those goals. He uses the "leave no stone unturned" modo, one that has worked for decades in client interactions. Derrick prides himself on being detail oriented, efficient, client focused and keeping goals top of mind.

In his free time, Derrick loves to venture into the outdoors on hiking trails with the familys' two dogs, backcountry snowmobiling, downhill skiing, mountain biking, spending time on the Arkansas River, experiencing music at all kinds of venues, traveling to far away lands, and most of all sharing life with family and friends.
